Existing Clients

1.      If you are an existing client you can create a Help Desk account by clicking “sign Up” top right corner.

2.      In the new window type your Full Name, Email Address and choose a Password and click Sign Me Up.

3.      You should receive an email in your Inbox asking you to confirm your email address. You should normally get this email within 15 minutes of signing up.

4.      After you have confirmed/activated your email you can login.

5.      Once logged in, you can submit a request or check your existing requests.

6.      Alternative you can email a request in. As we don’t want to be bombarded with junk mail please call to ask for this. If you are client you should have this already.

New Clients

1.      You can log a support call using the following email address and password:

Email:    newcustomer@qwertygroup.com

Password:   password

Only clients will be able to use their own email addresses as their domain has been added to the White List.
